Pack 1777 - Spotsylvania Virginia
What are Tiger Cub Scouts?
Tiger Cub Den MeetingThe Tiger Cubs is a one year program designed for first grade boys and an adult partner. You and your adult partner are a team this year. You will be attending all Den and Pack meetings together. Your adult partner is also your Akela, which means "good leader". They will help keep track of your accomplishments as you travel down the Tiger Trail. Den meetings are held on a bi-weekly basis with monthly pack meetings. Since the Tiger Cub program is designed for First Grade boys the meetings are geared to their level. They are also arranged to help the boy and his adult partner interact together in a positive way.

The boys will advance through the program earning rank as they progress until they earn the next major rank (Bobcat). You can learn more about tiger cub advancements here.
